Ordering in four steps
The form on each product page has two fields: your name and your mobile number. Nothing is paid on the page.
From the product page to your door
Choose the product, enter your name and mobile number and press the yellow button.
An advisor calls you from a local number and goes over the product, the total with delivery and the address with you.
If the advisor cannot reach you, nothing is shipped.
On delivery, you pay the courier in cash.
Before you order
The oval tag on each product tells you how it is used: “External use” means on the skin, “Taken by mouth” means swallowed. Questions about the label can be asked during the call.
Questions and answers
Do I pay online?
No. No card and no transfer: you pay on delivery.
Can I give a relative's number?
Yes. Choose the country code of that number; the advisor will call it.
