Delivery and cash payment
The price on the product page is the total: delivery included, nothing added at the door.
Timing
Each country catalogue gives its own delivery time, counted from the confirmation call.
A local courier delivers; the advisor tells you the day.
Payment
In cash, in the local currency, to the courier on delivery. No advance payment and no account.
